Lead Youth Worker

A fantastic opportunity to be part of thriving team supporting a community driven, youth-led initiative for secondary school aged young people in Brora. We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to lead a team to create positive opportunities for young people in our community.
The role will include supervising a team of Sessional Youth Workers, supporting the running of weekly drop-in session, enabling young people to work towards youth awards, completing necessary administrative paperwork as required in line with organisational policies and procedures, leading team meetings and identifying and arranging team training. The role involves evening and weekend work.
The postholder will work 10 hours a week, with a view to increasing hours as funding permits.
Successful candidate will need to take part in a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check.
